No, I didn't have to do anything except trim the fan shroud. Do you own an aftermarket hose? Mine was factory so it had flock of hosepipe after the lift.
Wouldn't want any other!

Kyle,
I have the manufactory hose also but I had to castrated mine in half and use the aluminum extension and the pipe clamps they gave me. My hose was way of life to close to the rooter once the organic structure was raised.

If you remove the clutch fan so you definitely don't throw to worry about the hose and you don't have to prune the fan shroud either. Wish I had remove it before I did the physical structure annul, equally that would have been 2 to a lesser extent things to do. I extended my radiator hose excessively, but really wished that I hadn't ... the damn extension is 2" outside diam and the hose is 1.5" inside diameter. Hulking PROBLEM! It took a gross lot of spit and cussing to stretch that hosiery on there, but its in that location to stay now. Will belik corrupt a new hose in the near future since I took the clutch fan murder and at that place is Ohio-the-plenty of elbow room at present.

Really, since mine is an '00 with AC, it had a rooter already on it. Been without for a couple of weeks now and haven't had any overheating problems. The rooter comes on at near 200-210 degrees and that is only when I'm sitting in traffic.
Did you install your gears or did you have them installed by someone else? Was questioning how unenviable it is and/or what the cost of installation would be.
Thanks, Spencer Tracy

I don't inderstand, you already have an blower stock? I have AC and most other Daks fare also, but I didn't know they were putt electric fans on from the factory operating theatre did you buy it with the fan happening used? On the gears I had done by a shop. Just about mods on this truck I've done myself but this was a mod that had to personify finished decently and I didn't want to take any chances happening it messing up later. I looked into doing that myself and with everything having to personify to the letter and the tolerances beingness sol young, I wasn't passing to take the chance of blowing a stern.
Wouldn't wish any some other!

I did buy the truck used, only there were mods through with to it when I bought it. I'm fairly recent that entirely '00+ models make an electric fan on the radiator, but I could in spades be mistaken. I'm assuming that IT is something that started with the '00 models. Maybe somebody else will chime in and confirm Beaver State deny this.

OK, I just got hinder from lunch and I did check out my truck. I do have an blower attached to the back of the radiator, plus the clutches winnow. This is either an '00+ feature as Tracy same OR perchance a feature that is included when you have a V-8.
